Also gratuitous shots of the bonnet.

Do you have a go-to process that you use for cleaning everything?

Car looks nice and shiny.

A quick run down would be:-

Wheels (rinse, wheel cleaner, agitate, rinse, de-tar if necessary and wash off, degreaser on tyres and in the wheel arches and scrub with a stiff nylon brush and rinse till water it clear) and engine bay first, degrease lower valences of the car, rinse, snow foam, and while the car is soaking spray some degreaser onto a detailing brush and agitate round all the nooks and crannies, rinse, two bucket wash starting at the top and rinse, dry and then seal with a wax or sealant or dry with a quick detailer to top up any leftover sealant/wax from previous washes, make sure bonnet, boot and door shuts are cleaned in the wash process even round the doors themselves and under the door trim. Then glass exterior and then interior glass and then I like to clean the interior plastics, vacuum and then dress the interior plastics.

In very short.

Wheels.

Kinja'd!!!

Wheel cleaner, various brushes to clean wheel face, spokes, behind spokes and wheel drum and wheel arch and a bucket solely for wheels.

Prewash.

Kinja'd!!!

Snow foam, rins and then wash with a good shampoo.

Two Bucket Method.

One bucket for clean water and one bucket with shampoo and water in. Introduce mitt to shampoo bucket and then wash the car from top to bottom one panel at a time rinsing the mitt in the clean water and wringing it out before putting it in the shampoo bucket and continuing.

Your wash bucket will look like.

Kinja'd!!!

While your rinse bucket will have all the dirty sediment in.

Kinja'd!!!

You will also need lots of microfibre cloths.

Nice haul! I’m doing a full correction and coating on my uncle’s Porsche GT3 in a couple of weeks. Pinnacle Black Label coatings should be in tomorrow I believe

Nice. There are so many coatings available. Gtechniq have a new product Crystal Serum Light which has a life of five to seven years offering scratch and chemical resistance but I usually use SiO2 or Si3D based sealants for time and ease of use.

I looked at CSL topped with EXO, but I'm going to be on a time crunch so I went with something very easy to apply and only one step

For speed I’ve used Gyeon Wetcoat topped with Gyeon Cure. Can’t get any easier. Gyeon Cancoat is pretty good and easy to use, again topping with Gyeon Cure afterwards means only waiting five hours before getting wet as opposed to 12 hours curing time without.

Gyeon was recommended to me, but the PBL was very attractive due to the fact that it comes with enough to do 5 cars’ paint, 100 wheels, and 50 windshields with a shelf life of 10+ years, it is supposed to be very easy to use, supposed to look great, and was more easily available with the other things I was ordering($200 shipped for $280 in products!)
